Follow-on pricing to be confirmed — we're working with our connectivity partners to finalise what data transfer over cell and Starlink costs at volume, and we'll confirm the price before your first renewal.
Your subscription covers the data transfer that keeps your HARKs connected — over cellular, Starlink and mesh — and every update to the detection models you already have. We're constantly retraining the wildlife models and upgrading the base acoustic AI; every update reaches your devices over the air at no extra cost.

Teach HARK to hear people and machines as well as wildlife. Know when people and machines are on your site — illegal hunting and logging, unauthorised access, after-hours works, overflight disturbance.

Every HARK comes with its first year's subscription included: 100 bird species, pest models, all data transfer, and updates to every model as we retrain and improve them. After 12 months the subscription renews — we're working with our connectivity partners to finalise the follow-on cost for data transfer over cell and Starlink, and we'll confirm the price before your first renewal. The optional Human Activity pack — people movement, vehicles, aircraft and drones, gunshots, chainsaws, and diggers and heavy machinery — is $99 a year per device, starting with your order.

Our first production batch is 500 HARKs — bigger than we first planned, because we've worked through some technical supply issues that let us ramp up production. They're allocated first in, first served: your place in the queue is secured when you pay a deposit or pay in full, not when you start checkout.
This first batch is limited to 10 HARKs per customer so more groups can take part. For larger deployments, send us an enquiry and we'll plan it with you from a later batch.

Yes. Pay a 33% deposit at checkout to secure your place in the first batch, and the balance before your device ships. We'll email you when the balance is due. The deposit is fully refundable until dispatch.
No. All classification happens on the device. When 4G or a mesh link is available, results sync to the cloud dashboard automatically.
